domain mark

domain mark prepares for failback but gets executed during failover automatically when resync prep step is selected in DR assistant UI.

On a large file system path, this job can take hours to complete but is run at the end of the failover post failover tasks.   The eyeglass timeout default would likely timeout this job if domain mark was not run before hand.

Running domain mark before hand is best practice and the DR assistant provide link to all best practices on this link http://documentation.superna.net/eyeglass-isilon-edition/eyeglass-assisted-failover/best-practices  that should be completely reviewed before any planned failover is attempted.

note domain mark on an empty directory path is very fast seconds. Its a one time process to mark the LIN's in the domain to shorten incremental syncs and failback.
