no restricted source nodes provisioning found

This warning in access zone readiness recommends that SyncIQ policies use restrict at source option that uses a smartconnect IP pool (and group of nodes), to replicate data between clusters.  This is best practice and ensure the IP pool used is static not Dynamic.

You can edit a SyncIQ policy to set the restrict at source but you must create the IP pool first.   The Target host of a SyncIQ policy should be set to use an FQDN of a smartconnect zone on the target cluster as well and we recommend to click the connect only to smartconnect zone on the target cluster option.

Can you please elaborate what are the benefits of restricting at source? Why is best practice to use static IP pool?
