Error Uploading License

If a customer reports an error uploading license, ask them to check the following:

1) Browser - confirm which browser is being used.  Chrome is required.

2) Is the zip file being loaded?  Unzipping and loading of individual license files is not supported.

3) Eyeglass appliance system time?  It is require that the Eyeglass appliance have the current time / date.  (For example, if trial license with expiry date and system time in the past, the expiry date cannot be calculated because the start date is in the future)



Following error means that appliance ID in license does not match Eyeglass appliance ID
