How are replacement keys obtained?

Description

  • Requires replacement keys due to installing a new appliance

  • Note this is not a supported operation and the expectation is customers follow the backup and restore process.   Support is unable to provide license key replacement and will be sent to sales team to validate your request.  This is not treated as an urgent request and sales will take minimum 24-48 hours to review the request.  

Details

  1. Deploy new Eyeglass appliance.

  2. Click on About Eyeglass.

  3. Copy Appliance ID (Highlight, right click, Copy).

  4. email Sales@superna.net with the request, provide reason for the request and why license key backup procedure on the appliance was not used.  The backup function that generates support logs will also backup license keys.

  5. You must provide us with the company name as well as the old appliance ID.
